KK's September Check-In

I did enjoy it, but it made me tired!

Reno yesterday, house cleaning today. So I probably won't get a real workout in until tomorrow. Oh well. Hope everything is going good with everyone.

It was a rest day today.

Found out my cat is diabetic. Have to give him two shots per day. He seems to be handling it very well. It also seems he doesn't feel the shot. Thank goodness.

Ahh, poor baby. Hope he is doing good.

Haven't worked out yet today, but gots lots of day ahead of me. I think I will be doing cardio and weights again. The higher intensity workouts have been kicking my body into gear. I like that....:D
 
Wow, this was really buried!

Hope that everyone is doing good. I did Cardio and Weights yesterday. (that was Tues?, yeah) Monday was Totally Hot Cardio with Christi T and then I threw in a YBB Cardio Caberet! I think today will be the No More Troubld Zones with Jillian (the meany, but boy does she work you good)

Good Afternoon!

It's been a while for me -- I've not had access to a computer and so I've been very behind on getting to the forums.

I'm still hanging in there on exercise, but I must admit that I haven't been able to exercise to Cathe as I don't have a DVD player -- although this morning, I managed to turn on the DVD player on the set that's here at the house I'm staying in.

But I'm still hanging in there with a routine and keeping going -- exercising mostly to country music.:cool:

I'll be finished up here in a few days and then home again. Whew!

Anyway, so nice to see you that you both here and keeping going with your own exercise. Please excuse my lack of being here -- hopefully I'll be able to log on here until I leave here in a few days!

Good evening.

Yesterday I did Step Blast but did not make it all the way through. For some reason I was exhausted by the time I got to the challenge. I had nothing left in me, so I stopped. Today I was pretty tired too, I think I was dehydrated since I felt much better after some pretty big drinks of water.

Hope you are both all set for Halloween! Since I'm away from home, I don't expect any trick-or-treaters.

Step Blast is a very challenging workout -- nowadays I seldom am finishing an entire workout -- can't really spend more than a half hour a day, unfortunately.

Am getting ready to do a workout now -- am really pushing to get home. I so miss being home.

I think you both are doing great on your workouts.

Guess what? I just now bought Shaun T. Insanity workouts. They were on sale from Amazon. I figure it will be a Christmas present for me this year.

I'm going to go on a rotation from another poster for November, and after that, Ill do Insanity, then after that the STS series with STS Shock Cardio.

If that doesn't do it then I don't know what will. YEH!

Amazingly, I did the entire Intensity Series workout yesterday -- so seldom do I have an hour to spend on workouts, but it was good.

Wow, Janie, I don't know what this workout is. The friend's house that I'm staying in has Fit TV -- first time I've ever really sat and watched it and I've grown to like a few of the instructors on it -- but you know, I think Cathe is still the best out there -- and I do think she works you the hardest.

Amazingly, I'm logging on early -- today was 4DS Bootcamp -- anaerobics only. One of my favorite workouts.

Am so trying to keep in the groove here while I'm away from home.

Janie - the Insanity series? Are you insane? LOL...I have a preview of one of the insanity cardios...whew...tough workouts. I bet you are going to love them and be a pile of sweat.;)

Hope you get home soon KK.

I did Step Jump and Pump today. It was great fun. I'll have to add it in later this week again, along with Cardio and Weights and Step Blast and.....hahahaha! All those great workouts and not enough time to do them all!

Well, off to get some more sewing done. I want to get this blanket finished!

KK, Can't believe you had an hour of working out. Glad you found the time. I know you like doing them when you can. Wished you'd get home soon so I don't have to worry about you. LOL:rolleyes:

Great to see you both here and doing some terrific workouts. I so love SJP -- it's a good one to make shorter -- :rolleyes: -- usually they work out to about 40 minute workouts, which is a good time for me of late.

So the Insanity series is really hard, huh? Bet you'll love it!

Today was Total Body Sculpting with heavier weights -- a good time for me -- 27 minutes -- perfect for my schedule of late.
