I edited this to say Good Morning,

My workout today is using the Marcy Smith Machine. Will be doing as heavy as I can full body weight lifting with 3 sets each and 8 reps on each body part. Later I'll do a 30 min. light jog on the treadmill.

Karen; glad to hear your back is feeling better. Why do you have a new editor?

Jeanette; I have many yoga tapes/DVD's. I seem to go towards a few. I love Aerobic Yoga (The Flow Series; Ganga and Tracey). This one is old and greatly used, not sure if you can get this one anymore. Shiva Rea, has a matrix system where you can pick what posses you want for the day, or use one already set up. Yoga Radiance (Lunar) just before bed. And Karen Voight Yoga Sculpt. I don't use a program for the treadmill, I watch TV as I jog. LOL!

Rhea; How is Totally Hot Cardio? I'm doing great now!. But got scared from using plastic bottles. I felt the effects a few times. Nasty stuff! My heart raced, was nauseous and had a chemical taste in my mouth until I figured out what it was (took me many weeks to figure it out). The thread on the OD made me realize what it was. Now using glass or stainless steel containers. I'll also be using our steam bath and sweat in hopes all the toxins will come out. You can never be too safe. Sounds like I'm a hypochondriac, but I'm not, rather a person who listens to their body and is aware of their surroundings. Have fun with the league tonight.

Good Afternoon!:)

Am having procrastinating problems today -- but must get with it -- Janie, I have a new editor because my old one left the publishing company -- and all the work I've done on the manuscript is now null and void as I didn't do it right (the revisions) (of course the new editor sent it to me without any instructions for doing it -- and each editor has a different system) and so I have to back now over the same stuff and redo it. Deep sigh...

It was ME premix today -- about 53 minutes -- great workout.

Jeanette -- yeah, I'm having a bit of a time getting back into the cardio -- and then the dogs keep us busy, as well.;) A hair appointment sounds wonderful -- dentist, not so much. :eek:

Rhea -- Sounds like a really great vacation -- hopefully, yes, I'll be back into the cardio and anaerobics soon.

Janie -- Me, too, with the plastics -- I've thrown out almost all the plastic in the house and we now use either glass or stainless steal in everything, including storing food. The guys (my hubby and BIL) still bring plastic into the house -- but gradually, I'm getting rid of it all.

Well, must stop this and get to work. Geez! Have a super day!:7
 
Good morning,
Running a little late this morning. Did Push/Pull Upper Body Premix 3X for 65 minute workout. Have a bike ride with a friend after work.

Rhea, maybe we'll see you at the course? We're not starting till after 5. Gasquet is nice. We have stayed at Jedediah Smith State Park quite a few times.

Janie, I have a Karen Voight yoga tape that is good. I also have the Shiva matrix one and a Eoin Finn Power Yoga For Happiness that is good too. So you are lifting heavy today? Way to go.

Karen, sorry about you having to redo the revisions. Not fun I'm sure. Know your cardio capacity will come right back. Glad you liked ME premix. The hair appointment was good, have more highlighting in it than last time, but I like it.

Finished the grouting on the hearth last night, woohoo! Just have to seal the grout lines now.

Good morning!

Was running late myself this morning. However, it is only because I decided to sleep in more. This change in diet is completely exhausting me. But I know it will only last a few days longer and my energy should be back to normal or more. Of course, scorching heat doesn't help. Yesterday, I didn't even go out and play golf. I had a slight headache, was extremely tired, and therefore I knew better than to go out. It was 101 degrees at 5:00 p.m. last night. I didn't workout either. I'll have to see how I do today.

Jeanette - I should be there. We don't tee off until 5:30. I sure hope it cools down a bit. I'll have to stock up on the bottled water to bring with me.

Well, I'd better get to work. Tons of little things to get done.
