Anyone,

I've been hearing and reading about this subject. Seems it has a lot to do with our brain, and the type of exercises/nutrition we do to get in realy good shape/health.

Any comments on this subject would be appreciated.

I'm thinking about persuing it, (trying it out) but want to know more from you educated crowd.

I have a BA in Kinesiology emphasis in fitness and exercise. I graduated about 12 yrs ago from a very good University. I loved the classes, it was a really fun major. Unfortunately, the job market and the pay were not that great at the time, so I added in nursing as a double major. (BSN) I've only worked in the nursing profession, and not in a fitness related area, for such a long time I've forgotten a lot. :( If you are looking at it as a fun career, not something you need to make money at, I think it's great. (Unless things have changed) For me, the RN was what paid off my student loans. Someday, I hope to get back into the fitness arena. Maybe corporate health & wellness.

Good luck with your decision! :)

It just goes to show you,

How little I know about the subject. I'm not interrested in teaching it, but in doing it.

I guess I need to know what (from kinesiologist) exercises I need to do to help my body, but don't know how to accomplish it.

Sorry for the misleading question. I do want to know more about it though, in regards to my own body.

Thank you so much for the information you gave me. It is something to think about.

Confused a little,

Janie

I don't understand the question.

A "kinesiologist" is a person who has studied "kinesiology," or more-or-less how anatomy and movement are related.

There's no nutritional component involved.

Maybe you're thinking of something else?
