I think ANYTHING kickboxing was what was meant by the original poster - Hoping that I can get back to kickboxing once my piriformis/sciatica issue is resolved and in that case - I, too, would like ANYTHING THAT IS KICKBOXING!

I agree with having cathe do a new kickboxing DVD. But the all time greatest would be to not oly have her do a hard core kickboxing segment ( at least 45 minutes, ) but follow that up with some standing leg work ( such as the ones in Legs & Glutes ) a 15 minute total upper body weight segment, 10 min. stability ball abs and one of those awesome stretches at the end. What I love most about these types of DVD's is the option to mix and match depending on how much time you have to work out.
