Hey Kickboxing lovers,

What's your fav kickboxing w/o(Cathe or non)? I may want to add kickboxing to the mix and have read many reviews that KPC is a good one. There are also some new kickboxing w/os coming out this fall from Tracey Staehl(sp?) and Amy Bento. Is anyone eyeing these up?

Another vote for Powerstrikes and KPC definitely if you're thinking about getting that one. It's one of my absolute favorites.

Aren't there a bunch of Powerstrikes? Are these CIA workouts? Which are the most intense? Where's the best place to get them? Can I fit anymore question marks into this post?

You can get the Powerstrike workouts at wwww.powerstrike.com. If you have a problem ordering them I've read that if you e-mail them your order they will take care of it that way. The first two are the best IMO, and they will be releasing a new workout sometime this fall.

Another great Kickboxing workout is Janis Saffell's Hardcore Kickboxing Circuit. Actually it pumps up my heart rate more than KPC!
