kickboxing no equipment

Hi Cathe

I would like to order a couple of workouts and would like your advice.


What I am looking for is a kickboxing type workout

- at the highest advanced level (45 minute workout minimum)
- with NO equipment necessary (i.e. no step, no stability ball, no barbell,
no weights,)
- not too hard on the knees (tho I can modify when necessary)

I can go for either a DVD or a video.

I am thinking of ordering Kick Max and KPC+Legs& Glutes . I am aware that
the Legs & Glutes part uses a ball and I would not be using that part of the
DVD. Do you have a better suggestion?

I highly recommend KPC. Cathe's best kickboxing workout to date, IMO. The core workout does use a stability ball, but you can skip that part, or do other exercises not using the ball (and the workout will be right in your time frame if you skip the ab section).
