kickbox rotation

i started doing the sept rotation but i'm considering doing something like

sun kb
mon legs
tues kb
wed yoga
thurs kb
fri legs
sat stretch

my cardio is sales floor at work and swimminmg laps. has anyone done this? will i get a good upper body from it?
i need to work on strengthening my overalll legs from the hip down. my doc says it can take 4-6 months. so far its only been 2. i get frustrated at work til i'm almost in tears. i walk very slow baby steps and my legs get sore after awile

Sounds good, but I would change one of the lower body days to a total body workout, because there's no upper body work here. (Unless you feel that swimming takes care of it?)

I don't understand: were you injured or had surgery?
 
yes,surgery in may on my foot. after 6 weeks of crutches,2 weeks with boot i have been walking for 2 months. i think i am going to do p90x instead because of the small amount of cardio or do freestyle. after work my quads and outer thighs burn so i am not doing any cardio on the days i work except for swimming late at night. i belong to 24 hour fitness.
