kickbox faves?

Hi everyone, this is my first post. I've been a step lover for years but have been loving KPC so much that I thought I'd ask if anyone has kickbox workouts by instructors other than Cathe that you really like. Obviously no-one is going to top Cathe! But I thought it might be fun to see what else is out there and wanted to start with this educated crowd. Thanks! Kristen

My vote would be for Powerstrike. I have Vol. 1 and love it.

I BIG TIME second that. Powerstrike rivals Cathe for sure, and is great if you need more low impact but high intensity.

If you belong to a gym that offers TurboKick, try it. I think it is a great class! I have to say that I like it more than Cathe's kickboxing tapes because of the music. I am a recent fan of Step too, these classes really give you a great workout.
