Kick Max question

Can someone please clarify something for me.
On some of the rotations we are supposed to do the "intensity drills" from Kick Max. Just which portion of the workout are those?
Is it the Kick & Punch Combos or the Kickbox Bootcamp Challenge or none of the above?

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

None of the above.
The intensity drills are the second segment of the workout, not anything on the premixes. Get to it by using the "chapter" selection.
