Kick Max Premixes?

workout junkie

Has anybody done the Kick Max premixes? I'm specifically interested in what the Low Impact Kickbox and Low Impact Timesaver premixes consist of. Is there a premix that alternates the kick/punch combos with the bootcamp challenge blasts? I started to do the Kickbox/Bootcamp Challenge thinking that did that, but I was wrong.

Thanks,
Melissa

I have done what I think was the Kickmax low impact which had the low impact cardios for 21 min. I think it had the Kicking Drills on it and the w/up & c/d.

Darn! I was counting on the Kickbox/BC Challenge to do what you described so the workout would be more cardiovascularly challenging. I haven't done the other two premixes you mentioned, but since they're both low impact, I doubt they include the blasts. Does anyone know if there's a premix that incorporates the kick/punch combos with the blasts?

The bootcamp challenge has the blasts followed by the last 3 of the punching/kicking combos. While most of the cardio was in the first part, if I really put a lot of effort into it, the kicking and punching drills kept my heart rate fairly high. The other premix I did was the timesaver low-impact, which was 2 of the kick/punch drills, followed by the leg conditioning drills. Not sure about the last premix, but probably similar, since it is also low-impact.
