Kettlenetics

Looks interesting but there is no mention of how long the workouts are. I would rather save my $ and see if Cathe puts out a kettle bell workout. That way I would now for sure it is money well spent

I don't know anything about kettlenetics, but I ran across a few mentions when I was researching kettlebell workouts on these boards. Here's what I found:

As as avid kettlebell user for the past 6 months, I can say that kb workouts are some of the best I have ever done!! Unfortunately, there is a program available that takes the basic idea and ruins it. It's called Kettlenetics (or something like that). The infomercial shows women dancing around holding a 4 lb. kettlebell. This is not what kettlebell training is about!! I find it hard to believe anyone would see results following the program I saw on the infomercial. The instructor uses a few authentic kb exercises, but we all know that you can't see great results with a 4 lb. anything. And, YOU DON'T DANCE WITH KETTLEBELLS!

I ended up buying Lauren Brooks' "Ultimate Body Sculpt and Conditioning with Kettlebells", and several of the "Art of Strength" DVDs. Someone recently mentioned alternate versions of the AOS series and discounts on the DVDs in this thread:

Hope that helps!

If you want to give kettlebells a try, go to Target and pick one up. Each bell comes with an instructional dvd that shows you the basic moves. If you like that then you can move on from there. Don't waste your money on Kettlenetics.
