Kettlebells

I definitely want to try this. What is the all-time best dvd for this and what site can I purchase on? Also do you consider this to be one one of you weight workout days?

I just purchased a kettlebell from Target. I am going to give it a shot in a couple of weeks. If you head on over to the Cheetah Check-In, you can ask the gals there about a good dvd to start with. There are quite a few avid KB'ers over there! I know cause I post in that check in and they sucked me into the KB thing! LOL
