Good Morning!!! and Happy New Years Eve!!!
Even though my back felt good yesterday and last night, I decided taking it easy was more important than upping my weights, so I stayed at the same weights as yesterday. The deadlift really clicked with all the pointers and the lower weight, much easier to practice form!!! so in a way, hurting my back and dropping the weight, really worked out for me!
Okay, I think I am going to bite the bullet and start a new blog!!
Jane: sounds like a perfect New years eve for you!!! How nice of your sisters to give you a day off!! You deserve it, make sure you take it!!!
Marcy::: Your dance workshops sound fun, especially the bolero one! I love that music! I heard the Hangover is really funny, I haven't seen it though.
Melissa:: What I did for the first few weeks of ETK is in my blog, my first few posts. If you have a hard time getting them let me know. you can probably follow that to some extent. According to the book, you can do your usual workouts and add the swings and tgu's.... I am going to finish the last 2 weeks of pttp with the first 2 weeks of etk, not ideal, but I want to finish pttp. I would add a conditioning move (ropes, snatch) with tgu day and some strength moves (squats, press, dl) with the swings day and then a met con of some type for the 5th day. Thanks for the exercises, I am doing them
