Deanie, You are correct. I know, or at least my head does, that it should be hard & that I shouldn't be able to get through it. But that competitive and conquering part of me feels like I should just be strong enough because I am just that awesome because I want to be. :cool:

Today's workout was such a breeze. It didn't even feel like a workout after Saturday! :D 5x3, plus 10 minutes of snatches. I had a bad snatch day, I kept banging my forearms with the 30. I did high pulls, then snatches and was fine but when I tried to do strait snatching it just didn't feel good. I had to drop down to 25#. I don't know what was up today - I will have a pretty bruise on my left forearm. ;)

45 Ball slams
45 Sit ups w/med ball
400m Ball run
200 Step ups w/med ball

Deanie - Nice workout! I love that 16kg presses are "easy"! :cool:

Melissa - K2A=knees to armpits, cuz I can't consistently hit elbow height, but armpits are doable. :p Great workout today! You exude awesomeness. :cool: It's so hard to not let your ego get in the way on some of these workouts (my ego frequently gets in the way :eek:).

Jane - Awesome job on your 10k!!!!! That's fantastic! :D:D:D

Good Afternoon!

Just a quick check-in. Still really busy at work!:mad:

Did Fluidity Intermediate. Since I don't have the Fluidity Bar, I used my pullup bar. Did 2 pullups and 1 chinup. Workout has 16 pushups. Had a great flat back core exercise done against the wall bringing legs out and in. Tougher than it sounds. There is also a similar exercise done in Core Fusion Pilates Plus.

Then I did my first bellydance DVD: Instant Bellydancer. I've actually had one live class which I loved and really want to get into it more. Lots of isolations.

Sorry don't have time for personals. Will try and check in tomorrow.
