I like to lift heavy 2 to 3 days a week. But now I'm confused as to when I should swing kettlebells. Can I do them the day after lifting or do I need to wait 48 hours? If that's the case, that means I'd be substituting kettlebells for weights that day - - -
If you're just swinging, with no snatches, I count that as cardio and mix it in. That said, I'm just starting STS meso 2, and I've not had much desire to go anywhere near my kettlebells for the most part...... (listen to your body.....)
well technically you use more lower body and core to control the kettlebell weight while the arms just kind of flow with the momentum so its like getting a lower body focus cardio. every variation of swing gets my heart rate up. and a little dab will do ya LOL.
