Kettlebell workout question

Hi!
I found this kettle bell workout on the internet and I want to try it.
I'm not sure I will be able to do the same #'s but I'm gonna see how much I can do;)

My question is...would this be a cardio workout? or full body? What do you think?

25 V-ups (I'm going to do in and outs)
50 snatches- 25 right hand,25 left
25 pushups
50 swings- 2 handed
50 burpees:eek:
50 clean and press- 25 right, 25 left
50 mountain climbers


This is the entire routine. Just doing it one time thru.

I think would qualify as both full body and cardio, especially if you go quickly from exercise to exercise with little to no break.

Did you find this at New Jersey Crossfit's site? This looks like a torture session...er I mean workout that they'd post. ;)

I agree with Gayle. It definitely looks like a Crossfit workout. I love those workouts!! :D:D:D

If you can't get through it with all the reps the first time. Do it twice but do 1/2 the reps each time and put a rest between the sets.

I found this on you tube, but I do think its from crossfit. its called the kettlebell meltdown 300 workout.
I thought it would be a good challenge;) LOL!!
