  • Farmer’s walk (to the other side of the room), left
  • 14 one-hand KB swings, right

  • The workout ENDS with one last farmer’s walk

Special bonus: If you have to put the kettlebell down at any point… do 10 push-ups. Scaling options – do 2-hand swings instead, and/or drop the Rx’d weight, and/or start at 10 reps instead of 15.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Hi Everyone!

I got in a great workout today. It's about 45 and sunny but my sister and I went outside and did the following workout:

4 Rounds
200m run
20 slam balls
25 swings
30 push ups
35 squats

The neighbor across the street is grilling and it smells SO good! That made the workout even harder.

Deanie ~ You did one of my favorite workouts today. Love it! Don't think too much about pttp. You just need to keep moving forward. That has been my mantra the last couple of months.

Rhonda ~ Welcome back. Glad you got some retail therapy. That's the best!

Waves hi to Gayle, Marcy and Melissa.

Hi Ladies!!

Jane - Nice workout yesterday!

Deanie - I love that prison style workout. :) Are you ready for ETK?

We got about 14" of snow here over the last couple of days. I just finished shoveling, and am going to get my snowshoes and take Rascal for a romp.

My squat rack isn't supposed to arrive until 1/11, so I probably won't start Starting Strength until then.

Have a good day!

Good afternoon!!

Jane:::I liked your workout and that you and your sister did it together!

Gayle::: Yea! for the snow!!! have fun in it! send some our way....we don't want to go back to school/work tomorrow!!!:p

Rhonda::: Are you ready to go back to school/work????? I am so NOT!!

Marcy::: I hope you are having a nice weekend!

Melissa::: ARE YOU READY FOR ETK?????:):) Since I am following the book and not AOS, it is interesting how the programs are alike yet different in important ways. I am trying to figure out ROP from Pavels view, it is kinda confusing but I like the light/moderate./heavy days as opposed to AOS didn't really incorporate that... Tomorrow I am starting off with warm up,swings 30/30 and then possibly some easy deadlifts. Still deciding what kb to use for swings....

I am really excited to tell you gals .....

I HAVE A BLOG!!!:):):)
Basically, I am just going to use it for what books i've read and workouts...Jane, I liked the idea of keeping track of what I've read:)

here is the link:

http://www.jerseygirl4565.blogspot.com/

I'm not sure how its going to work with me posting my workouts from there to here, like i've been doing, so I may just post the link to the current page???? I guess I will figure it out as I go along:)

...see you all tomorrow!!
