Sorry to be MIA for the last few days. I ended up doing some unexpected Christmas shopping on Thursday, so didn't get a workout in. I went skiing on Friday

and ran a mess of errands yesterday.
DH and I usually don't do Christmas for each other (we haven't for several years) but this year, DH got me a set of bumper plates...260# worth!!!

I used the cash I made on selling off my DVDs and ordered the Bella bar from Rogue fitness. I'm so psyched that I can finally do my heavy stuff at home! Now, I just need squat rack. 
So...since I hadn't gotten DH ANYTHING for Christmas, I ended up getting him a Wii Thursdat night. He's been talking curiously about it for months. We tried it out last night and it was a lot of fun.
Deanie - Did you get snow? I saw something about Baltimore getting like 20" of snow and thought of you? AWESOME PR!!!! I think if 180 is feeling good, as in your form is good and you don't feel like your going to pull anything, then I would say stick with it until you comfortably hit 5 reps. Even if you decide to back off to 165 and work back up, you're making wicked strength gains.
Jane - I hope you got extra nice bonus. You deserve it.
Melissa - I'm glad you're enjoying your downtime. DH and I have been draggin' more mornings than usual lately from staying up and watching football.
Marcy - I'm glad you had a great party. I think you've earned the right to go a little overboard, if you wanted to.
Marcy and Jane - I hope you both get your Shock Cardio for Christmas.
