Slept in today
and got in a great workout! Had a really busy weekend planned this weekend, but DS9 came home from school yesterday with a 101.5 fever, so we are forced to stay home and do nothing!....I'm sad he's sick, but not seeing a downside to staying home and doing nothing!LOL

Buy-in
- Jump rope, 5:00 (I did 3 minutes and was wiped already!!)

- 5 rounds for time
- 30 squats
- 25 sit-ups
- 20 push-ups
- 15 American KB swings (24K/16K) used 24K
- 10 pull-ups
- 5 ring dips (don't have rings, so I did tricep dips)

- Jump around a bunch - not happening! was done after the workout
