Slept in today:):) and got in a great workout! Had a really busy weekend planned this weekend, but DS9 came home from school yesterday with a 101.5 fever, so we are forced to stay home and do nothing!....I'm sad he's sick, but not seeing a downside to staying home and doing nothing!LOL

  • Jump rope, 5:00 (I did 3 minutes and was wiped already!!)

  • 30 squats
  • 25 sit-ups
  • 20 push-ups
  • 15 American KB swings (24K/16K) used 24K
  • 10 pull-ups
  • 5 ring dips (don't have rings, so I did tricep dips)

  • Jump around a bunch - not happening! was done after the workout:p:)


NOTES:

*great met con - really hard!! wasn't sure I was going to make it for all 5 rounds, but I did:D
*all pushups on toes, all pullups assisted

Spent yesterday shopping. Yay!! We had fun and it was great to get away. We certainly did our part to help the economy! :)

Deanie ~ I love the workout you did yesterday! Wow...unassisted pull ups!!!! You Rock!! Sorry to hear your DS is sick. Hope he feels better soon!

Today I'm going to do a 5 mile run and a weight workout. I'm thinking Upper Body Pyramids.
