quick post, my brother and his family are coming today for the weekend!:)
Had a ROCKIN' workout today!!!:cool:

Resolution III
goal: 5 rounds in 30 minutes


advanced level:
warm up:
tgu 3l/3r - 20#kb (still a little sore from yesterday!)

Resolution III
deadlifts
5@ 115#
4@ 120#
3@ 125#
2@ 130#
1@ 135#
barbell press -
55#
farmers walk -
45# each side (20+25#kb each hand)
swings -
24kg

pullups:
4x5

moved 29150 pounds :eek::eek:!! O.M.G.!! OMG!!!
.....if I include the pullups I moved
31590 pounds! wow!!


NOTES:
* 1 minute rest after first 2 sets, 1.5 minute rest between other 2 sets
* moved smoothly between all exercises . Farmers walk was tough today. swings were okay. deadlifts good!

*11:29 left on gymboss, so workout was 18:30 minutes. :eek: YES!!!:D doing the happy happy dance!!

thinking next resolution week --> doing resolution I on monday and II on wed./fri. resolution III is my least favorite and I completed my goal of under 20 min. for the advanced level...... something to think about.....

Marcy: according to Pavel, for body building you should change your routine every 6ish weeks. for strength, you should stick with a program for longer than 6 weeks. hth about weather to stick with slim series or not. Any results from it?

Hi Everyone,

I woke up this morning and did the following workout. It was tough, tough, tough. I did it once before and it was hard but today it seemed harder. I got Cathe's weighted vest for my bday so I wore it for the walking lunges and squats. After the second round I started to feel like I was going to hurl so I took it off. It was hot and humid this morning so I think that's what killed me.

The Sixth Sense
6 Rounds - subtract 6 reps each round
36, 30, 24, 18, 12, 6

Walking Lunges (36 each leg so you double the reps each round)
Kettlebell Swings
Anchored Sit ups with weight
Mountain Climbers (36 each leg so you double the reps each round)
Squats
