Last I worked OHS and some power snatches. The gym was BUSY and the 15kg women's Oly bar that I usually use was missing.

So I had to work with the 20kg (45#) bar instead. In the past I'd had trouble doing OHS with that because the extra length would throw me off, however last might I was able to pull some together. Here's the run down:
