I watched the first half of the NE vs. Indy game the other night and went to bed contented that my Patriots were kicking a$$...

. I blame Belichik!!! Actually, if NE has to lose, I'd rather it be to a team like Indy...I do like Payton.

Last night I did:
DLs: 10 sets of 3 reps with 30 sec rest between sets - 158lbs
* 30 sec was not really rest...just enough time to shake out my hands. This was different, the last two sets were getting hard, and at the end I felt a little bit nauseous.
OHS:
5 @ 33lbs
5 @ 43lbs
5 @ 53lbs
3 @ 63lbs (NOT purty)
2 @ 63lbs - fail on 3
5 @ 53lbs
* Everything leading up to 63lbs felt strong and stable, but the last 10lbs was a bit of a train wreck.
I'm planning some kind of KB workout at home tonight.
