Here is my workout from my blog:
It was a good workout till the blister....
Wanted to work on snatches today.....
warm up:
TGU
5 minutes
35#kb
4l/4r
Snatches:
15 minutes:
15 seconds work/ 15 seconds rest
30# kb
NOTES:
*ended up only doing 13 minutes - bad blister opened on my left hand ( not sure if holding kb to tight, or the kb is rough and needs to be filed down.)
As more chalk got on the bell, the rougher the handle became....?
*debated going with the 30 or 25, should have gone with the 25.
*pace = 6L/6R
* completed 13 rounds Maybe if I wasn't holding on so tight, it wouldn't matter.....
