Yesterday I ended up taking a rest, so today was ETK swings with the push-up/pull-up pyramid. I only had to move down to 25# ONCE and I my forearms were fine until the 8th round.
I have to run, but I am wishing EVERYONE A GREAT FRIDAY AND HOPE YOUR WEEKENDS ARE OFF TO A GREAT START!!!
Gayle, I am on DAY FIVE of no sugar! I mean NOOOOOOOOO sugar at all. I am feeling much more energetic and need less rests during the day. How are you doing?
