Good Morning!!
This weekend was wonderful, my DS13 did a phenomenal job on his bar mitzvah!!! the party was great and everyone had a fantastic time!! today (and yesterday) DH and i are just a little melancholy that its over..... I will try and figure out how to post pictures!!


today's workout was pttp again. I started a new wave cycle which I will continue for the next 3 weeks, then I will probably switch which kind of cycle I want to do....I did do a 45#tgu on Sat. (check blog if you want for workout details).

*started a new wave cycle today. first wave on 10.5 started with dl of 110# and press of 45#
*this new wave cycle will last for 3 weeks.
*hard to get into the workout today, very melancholy...workout itself was easy, and box jumps are always fun

- Set 2: 90% of Set 1, 3-5 reps 5@115#
[/FONT]Press
- Set 1: 3-5 reps 5@50#
- Set 2: 90% of Set 1, 3-5 reps 5@45#

- 3 rounds
- Broad jump 30m
- Count number of broad jumps – do that many box jumps (24″)
- I did: 3 rounds: jumps/box jumps: 21,21,20
