Hi everyone!

We had a great ski day yesterday!!! I have the sunburn to prove it. :eek: My chiro cracked my back this morning (in a good way). I *might* try some swings this evening. We're supposed to be in the high 70's this afternoon, so maybe I'll do them outside. :)

Deanie - Nice workout yesterday! The bottoms up press kinda scares me...I don't know why. :eek: Your ropes tabata looks like fun!

Jane - How'd that workout go?

Melissa - Nice job on the KB 300! If you become RKC, I think that means you get to call everybody "comrade". :p

Hi Everyone!

I'm going on a run tonight, probably about 3 miles.

Gayle ~ Glad you enjoyed your skiing yesterday and the back is better! :) That workout yesterday was tough and it was in the mid 80's which pollen floating around. I ended up doing only 2 driveway runs instead of 3. I believe I got 3 rounds in.

Melissa ~ You should definitely go for your RKC. I think if you get the HKC first, you get a discount on the RKC.

Deanie, you know that question I asked you yesterday? Forget about it. I just read and reread and ignored the pictures and cute tables. ;)
When are you doing your c&p and snatch test? Should I skip the c&p test and just move to 35# because 30# is pretty much doable now? Should I still do my Heavy ladder but sub swings for the Snatch Test?

Gayle::: glad you had fun skiing!!! OOH! do your swings outside!!! Melissa makes it sound so fun, I'm thinking of doing it outside too!!

Melissa::: Hey Chicka! I think you should take your test tomorrow before your workout, wait a while, and then workout. If you can't press the 35# bell 5-8X, then you are not ready to move on. That's where Anthony's video that I posted comes in. I don't think I will be able to press the 45# bell 5-8X even if I can c&p the 16kg 5X5, so I will try anthony's system of 10X1-2-3 before I move on and do ETK with the 20kg..... hope that makes sense. If you can press the 35#, I think ETK says to do your Heavy day with it. So do that and take it from there. (i.e. if you end up doing 3X4 with the 16kg, do 3X2 on monday, etc.) I'm cheering you on!!!!:):):):) I'm sure you will nail the snatch test!:).... You need to post tomorrow and let us know how you did!!!! HTH

Oh, forgot to say, I am not sure when I am going to test. I want to finish this week and next doing 5X5 on my heavy day, so either next Sat. or the Sat. after (depending on how I feel- I really want to nail the 5X5 with the 16kg)
