Thank you all for your kind words for a nice holiday....I had a very nice holiday, very reflective, and since forgiveness was a theme, I let go of some stuff and I feel better!!

20 swings: 20kg (45#)
20" box jumps: 5
set gymboss for 30 minutes:
10 rounds competed
advanced level
:15 seconds rests between sets!! (one 30 seconds rest between sets 8 & 9)
12:19 left on the gymboss--> so completed workout in 17:40 minutes.
added:
pullups: 2X5
60M with 40# overhead (two 20#kbs)
**moved:18,820# today
NOTES:
** enjoyed this workout again. Upping the weights to two 25#kb and the 15 seconds rest, really makes a difference!
**thought with 15 seconds rest I would have shaved more time off the workout, c&p's were tough....swings and box jumps went smoothly though.....
**again, wanted to swing Bertha, but was exhausted after workout!!
