I have never done any of her workouts before, but my interest was peaked after someone started a thread on this board. Today when I got home the DVDs were waiting for me. I typically only do 30 minute workouts, but went ahead and did the 60 minute Boot camp pre-mix today because I was so curious. I really enjoyed it! They are not focused on heavy weights, more of a "fitness" focus similar to DrillMax. I really like the lower impact options too since my knee has been bothering me. I think that this will compliment my yoga practice well and that I will get a lot of use from this DVD. I will try the kickbox later in the week.

I don't intend on purchasing this round of workouts but I will say that Kelly is awesome to those thinking of trying any of her workouts.

I got mine today, too, and previewed both.
They look like winners!
I'm planning to do the KB one (the combo premix) tomorrow.

(though I've got to say, it's a good thing Kelly's choreo is easy to pick up, because her cuing + complex choreo would = one frustrating workout!)

I really appreciate that Kelly's modifier shows lower impact/less twisting moves, but keeps the intensity up (not like some modifiers, who sometimes look like they're sleepwalking through the workout!)

ITA!! What kills me is when an instructor says "you can do a knee repeater here or march in place" instead of the muscle burning, ultra heart pounding, (and joint pounding) move they are doing. I want to yell at the TV, "My heart isn't the problem--it's my knees! Gimme something else!" :p
