That's got to be the renamed version of The Shape of Things to Come, if you got it at Deep Discount. If it is, it's a fantastic workout! Some of the cardio is high impact, but not over-the-top. The weight work has somewhat a functional fitness element to it. I find myself smiling through the entire workout, and I don't know why.
It was a bit hard for me to find just the right weight selection. Kelly just uses two sizes. I found I had to have a third size (heavier) for chest work. Ultimately, I ended up using 5#, 8#, and 10#.
