it felt good. eats are clean, and no major cravings despite my hormones. i added in extra good carbs today, and that seems to have helped.

wendy, sorry for the smashed elbow. i eat out maybe 2 times a month - usually make decent choices i guess. it is just a foreign thing to me. everyone is okay with dh gone, but it is just kind of sad. 2 weeks left and counting!
