I just wanted to send you tons of thank you's!!!!!!
Since you gave us the advice on Monday, I've really started to see a big difference in my wt! I've broken through a plateau and am feeling so much better! I appreciate your help so very much.
I'm 5'3" and am now 134 lbs. My goal is to get to 125 lb and stay there for awhile, only loosing more if it happens on its own, as I build more muscle. I do know that in gaining muscle I may gain wt., but I just want the majority of this fat to be gone. Thanks to your advice, I only have 9 lbs to go and I know now it will come off. I've got some great muscle under this layer of fat, I want to show it off. If there is any more specifics I can do to clean up my eating, would you please share them with me. I do have a question, you mentioned eating granola, but what kind? I am doubting it's a snack bar, so I wanted to clarify.
I hope this post shows you how appreciative I am of your valuable advice. I just didn't know what to do to get this fat off. I knew there was some sort of specific combo of foods and possibly a sequence for eating them, but it's very discouraging when you just don't have the information to put it together. Thank you for doing that for me. Any future advice you can give, will be helpful and welcomed.
