If you do Cathe workouts, the Project You workouts might not be advanced enough for you. They will be doing a more advanced level of the series later this year. I'm waiting for those.

I'd assume that the level difference between the two would be similar to the differences between "Slim in Six" (beginnner/intermediate) and "Slim series" (solid intermediate to perhaps high intermediate/low advanced).
