Yep, you found me!! So have you given up doing your Firm workouts? I've stopped bcuz I wasn't feeling challenged anymore and quickly got hooked to Cathe and that's all I do now. Well, Cathe and yoga.
I've been mixing them since January.....with more Cathe than Firm. I wasn't challenged anymore either, even using heavier weights or weights when they didn't use any and adding lots of impact. I've always loved lifting but never stuck with it long enough to compete. I thought working out with someone else might keep me at it longer. And I love checking in with others, that really keeps me motivated.
Do you ever do check-ins? Right now I'm focusing on upper body and abs because my ankle is still not cooperating (sprained it 12 days ago) when I try to do cardio.....grrrr!
