Kathryn- "The Ab Diet" Question

Hi Kathryn,
You said something about "The Ab Diet" on another post, and I wanted to know if there was a site that I could go to or something to read about it. It sounds really cool!

Thanks,

~Adri;-)

RE: Kathryn-

It is somewhat disappointing that the picture of the woman clearly shows she was recently pregnant(note the line on her belly), so of course she flattened out in 6 weeks. Not saying this is not a good diet, just dislike that type of advertising.

And I don't believe you can "convert fat into muscle", you gain muscle, and burn away the fat, but fat does not change to muscles.

RE: Kathryn-

That's a good point Kathryn. I just wanted to read more about this sort of "Diet". it's interesting, but I already have great six pack abs, so I'll continue with what I do. But it WAS interesting to read about. Oh, by the way, Kathryn, I think your REALLY smart:7 . Seriously, I was thinking about how you can't convert fat into muscle. You loose it, then gain muscle. But it confused me. You really know things and I think that's really good:)

Take Care,

~Adri;-)

RE: Kathryn-

Dorothy deserves credit for that last post! I haven't even been here yet!

There is an Abs Diet book that you can pick up at Walmart (bright orange cover). There is also a DVD that Walmart used to carry as well. It has 3 levels of workouts, each preceded by ab work.

As I said, I know nothing about the diet and exercises, they are probably quite good, just dislike that type of advertising. But I guess to catch people's eyes, they gotta do it.
