That looks pretty good as well.

I haven't been using the Performance Optimizer consistently enough to notice the post-workout effects, but it does seem like I get a better workout when I take it: more energy, feeling stronger. I've mostly been taking when I feel like I need a bit more energy, or when I'm about to do a tougher workout.

I'll have to pay more attention to how I feel post-workout while taking it.

I can't say that the product I'm using helps with post workout recovery but it definitely gives me a boost during the workout. I was hoping for some magical drink that could do both;)
 
Well, I just had some before doing a combo workout of med-ball cardio from Tracie Long's "Back Up" workout (20 minutes), cardio from her " Staying Power" workout (22 minutes), and MMA: Fusion.

I felt like I could work out even more!

I'll try to pay attention to how my recovery feels.
