Just sayin'

Today I did STS Meso 1 Disc 9 legs. This is my 5th time I've done the STS rotation. It is so nice to see how the weights I use have increased in some areas (not all but some).

Cathe - I hope someday to get to your gym to see it and have the pleasure of doing your classes.

Hi Clare,
The Hi/Low Intervals is on the Hardcore Extreme DVD. It's a compilation of the Hardcore Series workouts. I remember you replied to a previous post that you had all or most of Cathe's compilation discs but you had never used them and never will. Sounds like it might be time to break them out and give them a try. As the saying goes, " It's a woman's prerogative to change her mind!" I hope you enjoy them if you do decide to give them a try. :)

yes, I do like to make a bold statement! But I'm not too proud to admit when I am wrong either, so I'll search for this and preview and maybe become a compilation groupie!
