Just received gym style workouts - advice please

I have just received my gym style workouts (chest and back ones) - yippee - and I can't wait to get started.

Just a few questions for those of you who have done them...

Are they are ok to do on consecutive days or does the chest work fatigue the shoulders too much?

Does it really work doing triceps and chest on the same day as your chest work involves the triceps?

Anyone tried doing both the upper body ones on the same day? Sometimes when I have loads of time I do all of the S&H upper body on the same day.
