It's great! I am really enjoying it. It makes a lot of sense & is full of great information.Thanks so much to you ladies who mentioned it. I have gleaned so much from reading all the wisdom here. Also I have applied some of the things that were mentioned might help diminish a bit of bulky muscle I was starting to see in my lower body. I actually might be seeing a difference! Only time will tell for sure. I'll post a progress report in the future if I can.

I'm happy to hear you invested in the book, Good for you! I've had the book for a few years and just bought another copy of it for a coworker for a christmas gift! Freestyle is such an effective training method and I'm confident you will LOVE your results! Keep us posted!

Since more people are getting into the freestyle training,wouldn't it be neat to have monthly freestyle rotations posted for those who want to work their lower body more frequently

Howabout we start a thread requesting the freestyle specialists here to contribute their favorite rotations(and add to it as the newer workouts come in?) This way it would all be in one place or simply easier to find!

I'll post another thread requesting Freestyle rotations and hopefully it will be in demand for those of us needing more freestyle ideas ;-)
 
I'm a fan of Freestyle training, and have begun to use a lot of Medicine ball exercises for myself and for the women that I train. I did a Google search on medicine ball exercises, and found lots of sites that offer them for free. These are real butt and inner thigh killers, where most of us want to target! I use seven exercises for a quick lower body workout, and on some days combine it with stability ball and no-equipment work! Man, I LOVE not being dependent on a gym and leg press machines and the like! I have a gym membership and the only thing I'll use it for is to take some cardio classes and use the walking track.

Just Do It! :)

Special request:
Can you (and any other trainers out there) provide a generalized 6 day freestyle format for us to mix and match with ? That would be an incredible contribution to our Freestyle rotation thread ! PS I'd love to see your seven exercise sequence for this method as well as your favorite med ball sites! TIA
