Just got back from my dr appt

I just got back from my 2nd doctor's appt. Everything looks good. Thank God. The midwife did a ultrasound and we were able to see the baby and see the heartbeat. The baby measures 2.87cm. I was so relieved to see the heartbeat. I had a m/c in '03 and I was so scared that something would happen this time. I go back for my next appt on April 1.

I find myself looking forward to the next dr appt as soon as I walk out of his door coz it's all so exciting!

It is exciting. She told me that next appt well be able to use the doppler to hear the baby's heartbeat. I'm going to take my son with me to that appt. I think he'll get a kick out of hearing that.

That is great news! I get excited at every doctor appointment too. A person would think I had never been through this before. There is nothing more comforting to me than my doctor saying my baby is doing well.

hahaha, i agree kristi. i think i am just as nutty as i was doing my first pregnancy. it's hard not to worry. esp. when you hear about alot of m/c.

I never got to see the heartbeat until 20 weeks! :-( ...Although I did get to hear it at about 12....
