Got Med Ball Madness, Gliding Cardio Crazy & Gliding Triple Threat. Viewed MBM & it's a goody! A-Jock will love it! Haven't watched the others, but I love Gliding, so I'm sure they'll be good. I ordered them on May 5 and got them last week. Didn't expect them that fast because I ordered them as pre-orders.

Oooh, I'd love to know what you think. I loved her first gliding DVDs and I actually just got the "All About" series. The All About Leggs is pretty challenging, even for the work out team that she has working out with her. They seemed to struggle with form. Mindy is the only one with good form.

I got Med Ball Madness and previewed it: looks good!
Cakebaker: let me know what you think about the gliding workouts. I didn't order them, but if they sound wonderful (as good as MBM looks like).
I prefer pre-orders the way Mindy and some others do them: they start AFTER FILMING!

I love/hate! that one stability ball move in AAL: 1-legged squats with one foot on the ball to the front, side, and back. I feel it right where it's good to feel it.

Cakebaker, you're a spook! I just got the exact same 3 DVDs a couple of days ago! I needed some new cardio to tide me over until Cathe does her next cardio series.
I haven't previewed the gliding disc workouts yet (in fact, I don't have the discs yet either) but I have previewed the Med Ball Madness and it has definite possibilities, especially as an add-on after a non-weighted cardio workout. And the weighted core work looks great!
