Just Finished Mesocycle 1!

So next week is active recovery and I have cardio and pilates planned. I look forward to working on my flexibility, but I noticed that improved during the workouts thanks to the extended stretch chapter.

Other improvements:
1.Things are tighter and more lifted, even though I gained 7 lbs (HUH?).
2. Noticeable delts, traps, and biceps.
3. More pushups on my toes. I can do all of the bootcamp pushups and stagger push ups on my toes now!
4. Hubby is happy with the results too.;)

I'm on the 6 month rotation and the time seems to be flying by.
I'm so much stronger and I love increasing my weights every other week. I feel so great about this workout. I'm glad I started this plan, and I wish I did it sooner.
 
Congratulations! You won't believe how fast the whole rotation will go! Isn't it great to have the workouts all planned out for us? Have fun with the other two Meso's!
