I agree with Lorrie about experimenting with what your body needs and prefers, and with those who say to try to change things up. Two people I know have done just that - one went to the P57 system, and one went from those hard fitness programs like P90X to more "fun" - and lighter - cardio workouts. Both of these women got the results they were looking for.
I'm currently experimenting with this too, but it's too early to tell for me. I do know that I feel better overall, which is my main goal. The weight and muscle definition isn't the main issue at this point.
Anyhow, don't be afraid to experiment, even if it means going easier than you think you should - or harder than you think you can! You might be surprised at the results.
