Just did stretch max 1 for the first time

WOW! Did it after doing S&H legs- boy were my legs working hard. I've had this video only what almost 1 year and just now getting around to doing it. Actually have done 2 & 3 and thought eh not my thing. But I really like 1-seems a bit more like yoga (not that I've done much). Been wanting to add something to improve my flexability and do not want to do yoga ala P90x for 1 & 1/2 hours that's just too much. This seems perfect at least a place to start.

Good for you. :) If I ever find a place for this DVD I'll get it, but right now it's not in my list of DVDs I want to buy soon.
 
It's actually on schedule for me tomorrow - I'm doing the Upper Body rotation. I wasn't sure if I was doing to do it or skip it but you've convinced me to go for it.
 
I love sm, it just feels so wonderful to relax and stretch. I do like the yoga components too, without going to an hour or two long class. I just shut the lights in the room, shut the door, take my shoes off and relax. It's the best 20 minutes!!
 
I also like this DVD. I try to put longer stretch workouts in my rotation but when I'm short on time this is just the ticket. Actually, I've been skipping the longer stretch workouts for SM. I am not real bendy so this set works well for me.

I really should add this in to my routine regularly. I soooo need stretching. Like you said jordan "i am not real bendy" either lol
