So, I received my P90X Shoulders and Arms DVD. I did it the other day. I really loved the way he mixes up the body parts as well as there were many moves that I wasn't familiar with. Also, it's cool that everyone does a variation and they are consecutively harder not lighter modifications. I felt like his warm up was much longer than most. I also loved the countdown timer for each exercise. The next day I was good sore, but not dieing, which was perfect. I also did the Ab Ripper which was killer and nothing like when I copied the Ab Ripper moves off another forum and tried to do them myself. I've got strong abs, but I barely made it to the end.
I was so curious about Tony, though, because people on this forum seem to love him or hate him. I was actually pleasantly surprised, although he's chatty, I liked it and liked his sense of humor, etc. It made me feel a bit like I was back at the body building gym I worked out at when I was in my 20's and people would just chat a little between sets. And, at least you can turn off the cues or music if you dislike either.
