If your video is a DVD slow motion works wonders! That's the only way I learned the new Lowmax/Imax3 footwork:+ Otherwise, rewind, rewind, rewind, and try it without a step first, just on the floor to get the flow of the movements, that way there's not step to trip over. And make sure to watch it at least one time closely without trying to do it, and then another time trying to learn it (don't plan on getting a good workout from it this time). Watch for things such as which foot is leading, listen closely for cueing (which is Cathe is almost always perfect), and try to get the steps put together verbally in your head and say them along with Cathe, that always helps me, it becomes like a mantra and a perceived exertion/talk test at the same time!
