<-- tells Pinky hi and the dive bomber pushups aren't too difficult if you think about having your legs wide, arms out like you were doing the shoulder pushups in Push/Pull and then try to go down slowly as if you were trying to get under a wire. You start with your butt high. Begin by just trying to go down, and then use your knees to get back up. Once you work up to them, you can go under the imaginary wire both directions! (shudder)

<--took the day off and slept until DT woke her at 1:30 pm
<--overindulged last night in food, wine and ice cream, which always results in a marathon sleep

<--did some research and discovered that the happiest people are those who have close friendships, good marriages, short commutes, do what they're good at, get totally absorbed in what they're doing, and don't spend much time comparing themselves to others
<--found that money only increases happiness to the point where it gives you the "basics", and beyond that it doesn't add much happiness
<--read that kids can add happiness if they're the thing you're absorbed in, but can add stress if you have too much going on

<--should be a very happy person if she can make some friends and stop the comparisons!
