<--- is terrified of the leg presses in HSTA, <--- thinks just the few leg presses with no weight in HSC made <--- legs shake
<--- has done the leg presses in pyramids, but just used small chair or regular step with 8 inches...what a differance

<--tells Lorie: it's like Amelia says, no effects :-(
<--does have a headache side effect
<--has only taken one so far, so will give it more time
<--hoped the drug would have a relaxing effect, but no such luck
<--has to stay on it for 10 days and NO EXERCISE x(
<--is not a happy camper

<--wonders if <-- mentioned that the doc said the back spasm was caused by not stretching enough?

<--just finished oatmeal and hasn't had coffee yet
