Good evening everyone.

I just needed to do a little venting here...I bought a pkg of puzzle mats about one week ago...I found that I didn't have enough so I stopped back at the store tonight and picked up another pkg...wouldn't ya freakin' know it, I am ONE stinkin' mat off from what I need to fit my work out space perfectly!!! !@#$#@! lol They come in pkgs of 4 and I need 9 for my space! That burns me up that I now have to go and buy another pkg of 4 and 3 will go to waste! x( I would go back tonight but I bought the last pkg they had on the shelf in the size I need! Now I guess I will have to wait and stop by there maybe this weekend to see if they have them back in stock. x( ;( x( It's certainly far from a traumatic event but it's just frustrating, you know? Thanks for listening to my little rant! :+

Breath. You are always so upbeat and cheerful, don't let those mats get the best of you. You never know when those extra mats will come in handy.

Don't fret! We had a similar occurrance. Our room needed 17, so we had to buy 5 packages. Don't you know that we were able to find a way to use those other 3 mats? I was amazed that I could find a way to use them.

And yes, it is frustrating!
 
Wendy don't despair! There are so many ways to use the extras! We used one for putting under the Xmas tree stand (this was perfect). Then my husband took the other two to lay on the garage floor when he has to get under his truck. They have a home for all kinds of things! :)

I have puzzle mats from GreatMats.com and the quality is excellent. I also have mats from Costco and compared to the Great Mats, the quality is so-so. The Costco mats have some slight imperfections, as far as fit is concerned. I can already tell that they are not going to hold up like the Great Mats. Don't fret about 3 extra mats. Consider them "spares", Wendy. :)
 
Turns out that I will be returning both pkgs of mats now...after all of that! LOL

I tried using the mats I have to tonight when I did my work out and they slid all out of whack. I know someone else here had that problem and it was suggested to them to nail them down but these have to be able to be picked up quickly/easily & often b/c of the room they are in so that won't work for me. I have worked out on carpet from day one so I guess I can just continue for now!

When we move into a bigger home I would LOVE to have a good sized finished bsmt with a hard floor...That is my dream for a work out room! A girl can dream, right? lol Actually, my DH likes the idea too coz he'd like to buy some equipment for himself but we just don't have the room in this house. Some day....:)
