Just a giant slice of humble pie please

So I'm in pretty good - no - really good shape. I made it through BMax2, LIC, DM - love 'em all. B&G this morning - how hard can it be? Let's just say for all of you, who are like me, thinking it can't be that bad, please park your attitude at the door. I am truly humbled, and my a$$ was shaking! Something tells me that tomorrow I may have some difficulty. This is AMAZING!

I am sure it will not be a walk in the park!!! I'll be doing it today, and that should make my long run tomorrow interesting!!! Good job Lorrie...:)

Oh great! Thanks for the warning. I am thinking of doing this one today. Wish me luck Lorrie! (Do you have your workout room back???)

Going to agree on this one. I thought I was in pretty good shape as well. I even enjoy doing Leaner Legs (occassionally) but this one was so tough that by the time I did the second set of one legged squats, when I switched to the second leg, I coud not for the life of me remember what leg I had just done. My legs ( and brain) were too fried from all the other stuff before hand. It does fly by and the new moves are fun!

Lorrie... totally agree with you. My glute muscles were shaking bad with this workout! How about those little jumps at the end of the walking lunges!!!???? I was close to screaming!!!

Yup, you know it!! I had DOMS for 2 days and my heiny still was tender going up the stairs on the third day. AND I only did the standing work. This is one tough workout.
