It's been overcast for 2 weeks here on the coast of California. The marine layer is up to 4000' thick! I haven't been motivated to workout in a week and I think it is because I haven't seen the sun. I just feel so blah! Anyone want to send some sun my way? :)

:( Don't feel sooo bad! The weather here in New York has not been much better. It has hardly been sunny or warm (average now 60-70) and mostly rainy lately! Cheer up, things will get better!:D

Beth,
Workout baby, workout! You will feel better. Especially now that you have had a week off. We all need a break, but now make yourself get back in the groove. Pick out the workouts you enjoy the most and just do it! The sun has to come back out eventually and if you are working out you will be ready to get out in that California sunshine and have some fun! The sun will come out tomorrow or the next day or the next day...it has to come back out! You have many sunny days to look forward too! Sending you some sunbeams from South Carolina!

I love working out in this weather! The days are long, but not oppressively hot! Indoor workouts are perfect for inclimate (sp?) weather! C'mon, work, Woooorrrk!

I love June Gloom! The marine layer lets me continue to play outside without feeling like a fried egg. Grey weather doesn't get me down - must have been the years in the Pacific Northwest.

Got plenty of sun last Sunday hiking in the San Gorgonios (south of Big Bear). Maybe you need to plan a higher elevation excursion for the weekend?
